You will depart from Dar es Salaam early in the morning for a 4-5 hour drive to Mikumi National Park, arriving at your lodge for lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive, where you’ll encounter elephants, giraffes, and zebras, followed by a relaxing evening at your lodge with dinner.
After breakfast, you’ll enjoy a full-day game drive exploring the park’s diverse ecosystems, including a picnic lunch within the park. During the drive, you can spot Mikumi’s big cats, hippos, crocodiles, and much more. After lunch, continue with the game drive before returning to the safari lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will depart with a packed lunch and enjoy a short game drive as we exit the park. We will then head back to Dar es Salaam, arriving in the afternoon to end your memorable safari. You will be dropped off at the airport or ferry.
