Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the trip will incur a 25% cancellation fee, with a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee, with a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed for cancellations made at least 7 days before the trip, subject to availability and applicable fees
No-Show Policy
- For emergencies (e.g., medical issues, natural disasters), customers can request a review for special consideration, with proof provided.
- Failure to show up without prior communication will result in the trip being considered non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be communicated via email or phone at least 7 days before the trip.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
